At Kadziolka andSmart, we believe strongly in giving back to the community and caring for the eyes of all those in need. Outreach programs represent an opportunity to show the community the level of commitment our optometrists have to their community. The staff also plays an important role in community outreach. All of our offices participate in Third World Eye Care as well as other charitable services.
Dr Smart has been privilged to take 4 trips with the Third World Eye Care Society (TWECS ) : Ichocan Peru in 2004, Jambiani, Zanzibar 2006 (attached team photo), Olongopo, Philippines 2010 and Tachloban Philippines November 2015. TWECS is a chapter of VOSH http://vosh.org a world wide charity for eyecare.
Dr. Kadziolka is active in the Dawson Creek Athletic association (DCAA) and board member and past president for the Bear Mountain Ski Club
